岗位职责
1.完成各类员工活动的前期协调和准备工作。
2.及时更新酒店文化走廊，以确保员工及时了解酒店的政策、发展动向、活动安排等。
3.协助实施新员工入职培训;协调月度培训计划和培训报告。
4.协助完成人事各类报表的填写和交付。
5.熟悉并严格执行酒店的人力资源政策和程序;及时收集并反映员工建议，并反馈跟进情况。
6.与部门内、外部保持良好的沟通，积极主动提供协助；
7. 协助招聘工作的开展，确保有成效的招聘以满足酒店的营运需求。
7.负责员工区域的日常巡查，包括更衣室、宿舍、员工餐厅、员工岗位、文化走廊等，及时报修并跟进，确保员工设施都能正常使用，并符合酒店的卫生标准。
8.完成员工入、离职手续办理; 协助管理基层员工人事档案。
9.传递文件，做好会议纪要，负责部门采购工作。
10. 完成部门负责人安排的其他日常辅助工作。岗位要求
1.短期实习（实习期截止至2027年3月）。
2. 大专以上学历，具有相关专业教育背景者优先。
3.良好的口头和书面表达能力。
4.熟悉办公软件的使用。
5.责任心强，具有团队精神，能够和酒店其他员工通力合作。
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：熟练
