岗位职责

1. 为客人开车门。在没有泊车员可进行协助时，将详细的停车记录给予客人。将此信息记录在行李员的控制列表上并将已由客人签名的停车记录交予最快能就任为客人停车的泊车员。

2. 恰如其分的对客人表示欢迎以及和客人道别。

3. 在需要时帮客人从车上卸行李以及装行李。检查出租车或客人的车没有任何行李落下。

4. 陪同客人到房间，将行李放置于屋内。与客人确定行李到达的件数是否正确。

5. 检查客房的秩序以及供给是否充足，并向客人描述各项设施的使用方法。

6. 为客人提供丰富的旅游景点信息以及活动介绍。

7. 对新近员工进行部门介绍和酒店介绍，并且旅行提供在职培训的职责。

8. 确保员工坚守岗位——前厅入口必须保持随时有人在岗。

9. 在没有礼宾部主管出息的情况下，在接到客人电话后派遣行李员执行任务。

10. 保留所有要求搬运服务的客人记录。

岗位要求

1. 高中以上学历。

2. 优秀的沟通技能和处理事情能力。

3. 能够和酒店的员工,管理人员进行有效的沟通,确保团队合作。

4. 能够灵活的安排工作。
