岗位职责

1. 制定和执行电子商务战略、计划和活动：与关键合作伙伴和平台合作，以实现既定的业务目标。

2. 紧密协作：与电子零售合作伙伴和外部供应商/分销商合作，制定在线营销和销售计划

3. 在线商店的运营，包括产品列表、促销活动和客户服务。

4. 分析销售数据和消费者行为，以识别增长趋势和机会。

5. 电子商务团队实现业务目标，并保持高标准的工作表现。

6. 建立和维护，与关键利益相关者（包括合作伙伴、供应商和内部团队）的牢固关系。

7. 了解行业趋势、竞争对手分析和市场动态，以为战略和规划提供信息。

岗位要求

1. 具备电子商务行业的丰富知识和实践经验，深入了解市场动态和趋势。

2. 有管理电子商务运营的实际经验，包括产品上架、促销活动、客户服务和订单履行等方面

3. 具备分析销售数据、消费者行为和市场趋势的经验，以支持业务决策。

4. 熟悉各种电子商务平台和工具，并能够有效利用它们推动业务增长。

5. 具备开发和维护与合作伙伴、供应商和其他关键利益相关者关系的能力。
