岗位职责
1. 协助所有来店及离店的客人。
2. 确保酒店前交通的畅通。
3. 为客人开车门。在没有泊车员可进行协助时，将详细的停车记录给予客人。将此信息记录在行李员的控制列表上并将已由客人签名的停车记录交予最快能就任为客人停车的泊车员。
4. 恰如其分的对客人表示欢迎以及和客人道别，在需要时帮客人从车上卸行李以及装行李。检查出租车或客人的车没有任何行李落下。
5. 对酒店内设施的变化情况及时更新，同时对酒店品牌有基本了解。
6. 为客人提供丰富的旅游景点信息以及活动介绍。
7. 将即将到达的团队信息告知给行李员，并且在需要的时候协助处理行李。
8. 执行礼宾部主管、行政助理经理或是任何其他值班经理所要求的其他工作。
岗位要求
1. 最少一年前厅部工作经验。
2. 高中以上学历。
3. 优秀的沟通技能和处理事情能力。
4. 能够和酒店的员工,管理人员进行有效的沟通,确保团队合作。
5. 能够灵活的安排工作。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：良好
