1.       与其他运作部门如前厅部、礼宾部、客房部、餐饮部合作，按照客人要求安排服务。
Coordinate with other operating departments such as Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage to arrange for guests’requirements.
2.       推销酒店的产品和服务。
Upsell hotel’s products and services
3.       处理客人关于预订的投诉，并采取及时的补救措施。
Solve complaints by clients in regards to reservations and take immediate remedy actions.
4.       专业高效地处理所有预订要求。
Handle all reservation requests efficiently and professionally.
5.       准确及时地将预订要求以及修改和取消输入Opera系统中。
Input into Opera PMS reservations requests, amendments and cancellations accurately and promptly.
6.       恰当地处理所有房间分配的特殊要求。
Handle all specific requests on room allocation, properly.
7.       确保所有用于统计分析的代码被正确地输入Opera系统中。
Ensure accurate statistics’ codes are properly entered into Opera PMS.
8.       确保客人、公司、旅行社以及客源档案正确地连接到Opera系统中的所有预订。
Ensure individual profiles, company profiles, travel agents profiles and source profiles are properly linked in Opera PMS.
9.       将丢失的来电数量减到最少。
Minimize number of abandoned calls.
10.    提示预订部经理可买房数量状态变化。
Alert Reservations Manager in changes to room inventory availability.
11.    接受上级认为必要的培训。
Attend trainings as deemed necessary by the Management.
12.    承担上级要求的其他职责。
Assume other duties as requested by Management.
13.    按上级要求出勤工作。
Work the hours as requested by Management.
14.    与公司客户、旅行社代理商、和酒店常客保持良好的关系。
Maintain good working relationship with corporate accounts, travel agents, and repeated guests.
