此岗位为集团筹备五星级标准酒店的餐饮部负责人岗位，工作地点：浙江丽水市云和县
【岗位职责】
1.全面负责酒店餐饮部门的日常运营管理，制定并执行餐饮服务标准、操作流程及质量管控体系，确保宾客满意度达到品牌标准。
2. 根据酒店经营目标，制定餐饮年度营收计划、成本预算及营销策略，监控食材采购、库存消耗与人工成本。
3. 组织协调中餐、西餐、宴会及酒吧等各餐饮板块的出品与服务工作，定期更新菜单，结合本地食材与季节特色研发创新菜品。
4. 负责餐饮团队建设与管理，包括人员招聘、培训、排班、绩效考核及员工激励，营造高效专业的服务氛围。
5. 主导大型宴会、商务会议、婚宴等活动的餐饮方案设计与现场统筹，对接客户需求并监督执行细节。
6. 定期开展市场调研，分析竞品动态与客户反馈，调整服务模式与产品结构，提升餐厅上座率与复购率。
7. 严格执行食品安全法规与卫生标准，定期检查厨房、餐厅设备及环境卫生，确保零安全事故与客诉。
【岗位要求】
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先，年龄25-50周岁。
2. 有筹备经验者优先。
3. 精通餐饮运营全流程，熟悉成本控制、菜品研发、宴会策划及服务礼仪，具备优秀的菜品品鉴能力。
4. 具备出色的团队领导力与沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨部门协作，抗压能力强。
