此岗位为集团筹备五星级标准酒店的岗位，工作地点：浙江丽水市云和县
【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店内部IT系统的日常运维与管理，包括核心软件的稳定运行；
2、管理酒店网络基础设施，确保有线/无线网络畅通，处理网络故障及优化网络性能；
3、维护酒店电脑、服务器、监控系统等硬件设备，定期检查并完成故障修复；
4、为酒店员工提供IT技术支持，包括系统操作培训、账号管理、软件安装及常见问题解决；
5、负责酒店网络安全与数据备份，制定并执行安全策略，防范病毒攻击及信息泄露；
6、对接外部IT供应商及系统服务商，协调设备采购、安装及系统升级工作；
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉酒店行业常用IT系统（如Opera、西软、绿云等）及网络架构，能独立处理常见故障；
2、掌握网络设备配置（路由器、交换机、防火墙）及服务器操作系统（Windows Server、Linux）的基本操作；
3、具备良好的故障排查与应急处理能力，能快速响应突发技术问题；
4、工作认真负责，沟通能力强，能清晰地向非技术人员解释技术问题；
5、酒店IT从业经验者优先考虑。
