岗位职责：
1、前台日常运营，确保为客人提供高效、专业的接待服务；
2、协助监督前台员工的工作表现，提供必要的培训和指导，提升团队服务水平；
3、协助处理客人投诉及突发事件，确保问题得到及时、妥善的解决；
4、协调与其他部门的沟通与合作，保障酒店服务流程顺畅；
5、检查并确保前台工作区域整洁、设备正常运行，维护良好的工作环境；
6、协助完成前台相关报表的统计；
7、执行酒店的各项规章制度，确保前台工作符合标准操作流程。
岗位要求：
1、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，能够以热情、耐心的态度对待客人；
2、良好的英语口语；
3、具备较强的应变能力，能够冷静处理突发情况；
4、熟练使用酒店前台管理系统及办公软件；
5、能够适应轮班工作制；
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好年龄要求：20-38岁
