岗位职责
1.酒店各部门员工的考勤管理工作；
2.对员工的工资调整和审核；
3.每月员工工资表及日常员工离职工资表的制作和统计；
4.协助对员工奖惩的审核；
5.员工社保工作和办理员工团体保险及劳动保险加退保及变更手续等具体工作的经办；
6.填报工资报表,并报上级审核；
7.监督、检查人事档案, 以及劳动合同的管理工作。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验1年以上；
2.能熟练操作计算机；
3.熟悉劳动法、税法、劳动保护和社会保险、劳动工资、福利等政策、法规；
4.掌握劳动经济学、财务会计及统计等专门知识。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：英语-熟练计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：23-35岁
