1、迎接问候宾客，在宾客面前随时保持整洁友好愉快的形象，确保自己的服饰、发型整洁、淡妆等方面全部符合规定的要求。
2、熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名。
3、熟练掌握店内外信息，向宾客提供礼貌周全的服务。
4、了解酒店的相关活动，可向宾客详细介绍酒店的活动。
5、对于宾客的要求、不满和需要及时做出回应及时向领班或部门经理汇报。
