Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Front Office
Manager, the Assistant Front Office Manager responsible for assisting FOM in
the overall day to day operations of the hotel whilst on duty. At all times the Assistant Front Office
Manager expected to lead by example - the behavior, speech and appearance must
be without fault. The treatment of staff
must be courteous and discretionary. The
guest service standards must be the benchmark that sets the levels to be
attained by all hotel staff.
直接向前厅部经理汇报工作。前厅部副经理在当班期间,要协助前厅部经理管理酒店前厅部的日常运作。在任何时候,前厅部副经理都要作出工作榜样,其言行举止必须符合要求。对待员工要慎重有礼。对客服务标准应是其他员工效仿的榜样。
