1、实现车间管理目标，包括但不限于安全、质量、效率、物料损耗、产品投诉控制等目标。
2、检查生产运行状况与标准要求的一致性，对异常状况提供专业技术支持，并追踪实施和改善状况。通过过程检查，以保证所生产的产品品质。
3、按照报表记录管理要求，指导领班监督操作员正确填写生产记录。指导文员负责每日产量、报废统计的数据收集和录入。
4、能够对工作要求的改变或改善提出建议推动领班执行，并不断完善SOP等文件。
5、制定安全、质量、工艺标准等，推动标准的执行落实。
6、制定员工晋升考核流程，对操作员进行安全、质量、工艺操作规程的培训和考核。
7、制定岗位绩效管理方案，确保方案有效且公平运行。
8、负责工厂生产员工的招聘面试，确保生产岗位人员合理配置。
9、负责生产计划制定，合理排班确保生产工时最大化利用，满足销售需求。
10、制定维修人员绩效管理，监督维修制定工厂硬件设施建成，设备保养计划及实施，降低设备故障率。
11、制定维修技术员监督检查固体废弃物处理以及废水排放符合环保要求。
12、定期统计生产使用工器具以及易耗品及时统计提交给采购下单。
13、组织生产定期盘点，控制物料损耗。
14、负责相关系统的使用和维护（例如ERP）。
15、协助主厨采购所需要使用的物料，确保生产正常运作。
16、配合政府部门质量检查和安全检查，并对异常问题积极整改。
17、制定工厂消防制度，定期组织消防演练。
