1、监督和执行部门的各项工作标准。
2、检查设备设施的性能及维修保养情况，制定及落实维修保养计划，保证其运作正常。
3、检查、督导日常卫生及安全服务工作。
4、收集客人意见，解决客人投诉，提出改进措施，提升服务质量。
5、加强与员工沟通，处理员工的意见和要求。
6、制定会籍销售计划，发展会员。
7、制定培训计划及组织日常培训与工作例会。
8、制定部门各项规章制度和管理要求。
9、申领日常百货及工作必需品。
10、编制部门员工更期和合理分配工作。
11、评估员工工作表现。
12、年审和更换员工各种资质证书。
13、协调部门之间关系，加强与维修商等外单位工作沟通，确保工作顺利开展。
14、维护部门利益，上传下达，落实执行酒店的政策和要求。
