A Public Area Supervisor for the DMH property is responsible for assisting in creating an uncompromised level of cleanliness throughout the property. This position will support the Housekeeping staff in operational standards to exceed the guest’s expectations and provide service that sets the example for the luxury market. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1.GUEST SATISFACTION 客人满意
Upgrade guest services on a continual basis. 保持并持续不断的提高对客服务标准.To ensure the ultimate comforta and cleanliness for all of our guests, as expected.为客人最大限度的提供客人所期望的舒适和清洁的酒店环境 Ensure service and production is provided in the proper manner, and with the usual high standards of a DMH. Understand, maintain and execute operational manuals and guidelines. 确保为客人所提供的产品和服务,都依附于钓鱼台美高梅酒店集团标准,保持操作的方法和高标准的统一。
2.EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION 员工满意
Communications with staff to seek for staff’s opinions and comments on employee satisfaction issue. 经常与员工沟通以获得员工满意度的建议。Gives feedback to the PA Manager on the situation of maintenance of high staff morale. 向公共区域经理提供如何保持员工士气的反馈。Actively participates in the organization of all staff activities. 积极参与酒店组织的各项员工活动。Actively participates in the Employee Opinion Survey and provides suggestions for actions to improve the scores. 积极参与员工意见调查并为改进工作环境提供可行性方案。
3.ADMINISTRATION 行政工作
Ensure accurate inventory records on cleaningsupplies, equipment, and chemicals. 确保清洁剂、设备和化学清洁剂盘点数据正确Makes sure all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established security standards. 确保所有活动执行与部门和公司经营项目保持一致,建立安全规章制度标准 Assist in training, motivating, and providing regular communication to the team to deliver top service with unmatched professionalism while fostering a culture of accountability. 协助培训,激励、定期与团队成员交流来传递培养一种勇于承担的高标准服务。Help recommend personnel changes in assigned areas, promotion, demotion, and vacations, leaves of absence and release of staff. 协助完成部门人事变更,晋升、 降级,休假、旷工及解雇员工。
4.OPERATION MANAGEMENT 部门运作管理
Inspects public areas to ensure the highest cleaning standards are met. 检查公共区域确保清洁卫生达到高标准Assist in controlling departmental costs including labor regarding cleaning supplies, yet ensuring services rendered to the guests are of the highest standards. 控制部门成本包括人力、清洁剂,确保为客人提供高标准的服务。Aid in maintaining unparalleled cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to enhance appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures and equipment. 制定遵守各类清洁维护与防护检修计划保证家具外表、增加固定装置和设施设备使用寿命。 Help with the cleaning program to ensure top quality standards in training, performance, procedures, and productivity pertaining to all public and private guest areas. 协助制定清洁计划以保证在工作区域内的培训,工作绩效,生产效率等方面都达到最高标准。 Oversee storage areas and ensure they are always stocked, clean and tidy. 检查存储区确保货品摆放整齐,库房干净、整洁Ensure that areas of responsibility are running efficient and effective at all times. 5.COMMUNICATION 沟通与交流
Counsels employees on job related issues and where necessary on items of personal nature. 与员工进行与工作有关的沟通。Keep open communication with PA Manager. 与公共区域经理保持畅通的沟通 Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback, cross training and efficient operations. 其它部门、上司保持密切工作合作关系,促进反馈,交叉培训与高效率运作。
6. STAFF RECOGNITION & PARTICIPATION 员工认可与参与Organizes staff party. 组织员工聚会。Organizes other staff activities. 组织其它员工活动。
7.SAFETY & HYGIENE 安全与卫生
Establish safe working conditions and practices. Ensure proper cleanliness in all areas. Require staff to wear proper apparel at all times. 为员工建立安全的工作练习环境,确保所辖区域清洁整齐,并随时确保员工穿着适当。Administer inspection of the facility, services and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are uncompromised. 检查设备,服务设施区域确保它们无危害安全。 Saving energy according to the standard of ISO 14001. 按照ISO14004标准的要求,注意节能环保。Performs other duties as maybe assigned by Management from time to time. 完成经理交办的其他工作。
