We are currently looking for a HR Trainee  to join our HR team.
 
Summary
 
The HR Trainee shall assist the HR Officer in completing his work, handling and managing documents, handling letters and other work assigned by the HR officer or manager. As well as all kinds of documents sent and received , registered, read and signed, clearance, sorted, archived and confidentiality work.
 
Requirements
 
- College or above degree
- High proficiency in computer operation
- Has pro-active working attitude, pay attention to details
- Has good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good execution and follow up
- Pleasant personality, enthusiastic and easy-going

工作概述
 
人力资源实习生需协助人事主管完成其工作，处理及管理文档，处理信件并完成由人事主管或经理分派的其它工作。以及各类文件的收发、登记、阅签、清退、整理、归档、保密工作。

- 熟练操作电脑办公软件
