岗位职责/职位描述
Celebrate the joy of life at Kerry Hotel, Pudong, the first of a new class of luxury hotels from the Shangri-La Group. With a premier city-center location and cutting-edge facilities, your stay is engaging at every turn.
Kerry Hotel Pudong offers 574 guestrooms and suites while boasting some of Shanghai’s most spacious and advanced conference and banqueting facilities. For work-life balance, we offer a well-equipped hotel sports and recreational facility in Shanghai, featuring vast exercise and spa options. The bon vivant in you would truly appreciate the exquisite cuisine orchestrated by renowned chefs across 3 restaurants. Top this off with a microbrewery, serving unique, handcrafted beers, and you may not see much of your room.

We are currently looking for a Service Leader – Apartment Front Desk to join our Front Office team.
 
As a Service Leader - Guest Relations, we rely on you to 
Assist Service Apartment Manager to be responsible for the general administration and profitability of the Service Apartment including Reception, Breakfast Lounge and Residences at Kerry Parkside.
Supervises the Front Desk, provides personalized guest services and check-in and check-out of guests.
 
We are looking for someone who: 
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum  of 1 year of experience in similar capacity in 5 star hotel
- Ability to interact
- Knowledge  of computer
- Pleasant  personality
- Able  to work flexible hours
- Ability  to multitasking on other position within Front office

工作概述
 
时刻协助公寓经理履行管理职能，监测客人满意度、安全感和员工的行为。对公寓前台接待、早餐酒廊及服务公寓前厅部分进行整体管理，并注重各部门的利润状况。
管理前台，提供优质的对客服务和入住退房手续。
 
岗位要求
 
- 流利的英文口语及书写能力
- 至少有1年同等五星级酒店工作经验
- 善于交际和专业的服务意识
- 电脑知识
- 开朗的性格
- 能适应灵活的工作时间
- 能适应前厅部其他岗位的职位轮换
