As an Assistant The BREW Manager, we rely on you to，
- Maintain a smooth bar operation on a daily basis
- Ensure every guest receives high quality service
- Coach and maximize the performance of the teamInteract with customers and improve bar operation and service based on feedback received
- Provide support on urgent issues
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
- Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
- Enjoys being creative with an eye for detail
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
- Enjoys being challenged
