GENERAL MISSION 职责概述日常工作:

Reporting directly to DORD, the FOM is responsible for overlooking the daily operations running of all Front Office Sections (i.e. Front Desk, Executive Lounge, Concierge, Operator, Business Center, Guest Relations, Transportation). In addition FOM assists DORD in achieving maximum guest satisfaction through employee efficiency and consistency of brand standards; this is a hands-on position that requires a self-motivated and hard-working person that leads by setting example, with outgoing interpersonal skills and ability to work both well in a team/independently. The Front Office Manager must represent the Sofitel brand and its values at all times, establish relationships, deliver an exceptional guest experience and promote French excellence throughout the hotel.
直接向房务总监汇报工作。前厅部经理有责任管理所有前厅小部门的日常运作(例如前台,行政楼层,礼宾部,总机,商务中心,大堂经理和车队)。同时,前厅部经理要协助房务总监通过管理员工效率和维护品牌标准来达到最大的客人满意度。这个职位需要有实践经验的人员,并要求其具备自我激励及勤勉的精神来树立工作榜样,拥有卓越的人际关系技能和良好的团队及个人工作能力。前厅部经理始终体现索菲特的品牌形象和价值观,建立良好的人际关系,传达令人满意的客户体验并且推广法式优雅。

Guest Services: 客户服务:

As a representative of Senior Management, the FOM deals with guest problems and complaints.  In dealing with these situations, the FOM must ensure that he/she uses tact and diplomacy and remains within the organizational policy in rectifying these situations. He/she may receive directly verbal complaints and deals with those that can be solved immediately. Any complaints that require further follow-up must be done in a timely manner.
作为高级经理的代表,前厅部经理处理客人问题和抱怨。在处理这些问题时,前厅部经理必须保证他/她运用机智和外交能力并且保证组织的政策来解决这些问题。他/她可能直接接受口头投诉并帮助他们能够立即解决的问题。任何的投诉都要求被长期跟踪并得到及时的处理。

Is always able to explain services and facilities to guests, visitors and employees

Is able to carry out a Show Around of the hotel as per Sofitel brand standards
根据索菲特品牌标准,能够带领参观酒店。
Service is maintained at high level even when Property Management Systems go down/shut down
即使当财产管理系统出问题或关闭,服务都保持在高水准。
