General Mission 职责概述

To assist Management in increasing the Hotel’s profitability.

To assist guests and ensure their stays at Sofitel Hyland Shanghai are comfortable and an experience to remember.
帮助客人，使其在索菲特入住期间感觉舒适并且对索菲特海仑宾馆留有美好的印象。
The senior Cashier assists the General Cashier in overseeing and directing all aspects concerning cash receipt and disbursement and company's bank account, including internal control.
协助总出纳管理所有有关现金收入、支出、银行帐户包括内部控制方面的工作。

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

Contributes to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.
履行被分配的职责，尽自己所能提高工作效率。
Monitors guest service constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guests satisfaction is being achieved through guests’ recognition and prompt cordial attention.
不断监控对客服务水平，通过客人的认可及热情，确保任何时间都能最大限度地令客人满意。
Establishes good public relationships with all guests.
同所有客人建立良好的公共关系。
Provides guests with the most accurate and up-to-date information at all time.
随时向客人提供最新，最准确的信息。
Handles mails, messages.
处理信件、留言信息。
Give general information and general help to guests.
向客人提供全面信息及服务。
Controls and handles out keys to guests.
保管及为客人分发钥匙。
Welcomes and assigns rooms to hotel guests according to reservations made
根据预定要求，恭迎客人并为其分配客房。
Controls and maintains arrivals and departures records and pre-registration cards for VIPs and returning guests.
掌握并保留客人的抵离店记录及重要客人和回头客的提前登记卡。
Properly assign room for arrival guest according to guest type.
为抵店客人安排房间。
Attends to guest’s inquiries and requests.
倾听客人的咨询和要求，并提供相关服务。
Takes wake up calls from guests.
根据客人要求，受理唤醒电话。
Do the quick check-in and modify guest folio.
快速为客人登记并修改客人资料。
Answer guest’s inquires and handle guest’s complaints.
回答客人的要求和接受客人的投诉。
Maintain, count and keep secure all house funds.
负责保存及计算备用金并确保它的安全。
Provide change for all cashiers.
为出纳准备零钱。
Responsible for maintaining enough currency denominations for cashiers daily exchange.
为出纳准备足够的硬币和小额钞票用于每日的兑换。
Do the guest’s checkout and foreign currency ‘s change.
为客人做退房和外币兑换。
Help the other department to posting guest’s check.
帮助其它部门输入客人的帐单。
To update each time it is possible the Guest History （guest profile） collecting business card and writing down guest preference.
更新顾客资料，收集顾客名片，写下顾客的爱好。
Adheres to hotel policies and procedures.
遵守饭店的制度和工作程序。
Attends meetings and training programs （if any）.
参加会议和培训。
Assumes other duties as delegated from time to time.
随时承担被委派的其他工作。
