Main Responsibilities主要职责

The Public Relations Manager performs her duties within the framework defined by the chain, hotel norms and by internal rules and regulations.
公关部经理以法律法规、酒店条例、内部规定等为行为框架执行职责。

The Public Relations Manager draws up the Public Relations action and media-advertising plan on an annual basis for the hotel.
制定酒店年度公关活动和媒体广告宣传计划。

Supervise the maintenance of a mailing list consisting of a record of former and existing clients of the hotel.
监督新老客户邮件地址及名单的更新与维护。

Organize regular visits by professional persons from the media and members of the trade to the hotel.
组织各大媒体和业内专业人士的酒店参观访问活动。

Present a summary of visits to the General Manager, Resident Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing on a regular basis.
送呈总经理、驻店经理、市场销售总监在常规访问中的访问摘要。

Attends all official functions as a representative of the hotel.
代表酒店参加所有官方活动。

Receives all V.I.P. guests of the hotel.
接待酒店所有的VIP客人。

Ensures that stationary and printed items are standardized and conforms to the SOFITEL standards.
确保书面和打印出的文稿符合酒店及索菲特品牌标准。

The Public Relations Manager keeps herself well informed about the product （lodging, catering and other facilities）.
公关部经理必须随时获取酒店业的最新信息。

Closely coordinate social events in the hotel.
密切关注酒店内举办的大型活动。

Must be familiar with the operation and application of the hotel computer system especially print out of V.I.P. guest listings.
熟悉应用酒店电脑系统，特别是打印出VIP客人名单。

Closely observes matters pertaining to PR activities of the hotel and other hotels （competitors） on a regular basis.
密切关注酒店或竞争对手之间的常规公关活动。


Commercial Responsibilities 商业职责

Ensure Optimum publicity is created for all major hotel happenings.
确保用最佳方式公开酒店重大事宜。

Supervise taking of photographs and prepare news release of events undertaken by the hotel.
监督对酒店内部摄影和筹备酒店的新闻发布会。

Defines precisely VIP guests’ requirements and ensures that the services offered corresponds effectively to the guests requirements.
详细了解VIP客人的需求并提供最个性化的服务。

Answers to complaints from clients, guests and the general public.
答复客人及公众的投诉。

Prepare in-house bulletins, newsletters and guest information.
准备酒店内部公告、新闻稿和客人信息。

Organizes both internal and external PR activities. e.g. inter-departmental or in-house activities.
组织酒店内部和对外的公关活动。

Preparation and selection of all printed literature, sales tools, and hotels give-away with the GM and RM.
协助总经理和驻店经理准备和筛选所有的酒店宣传印刷品及小礼品。

To create self-appearance both on the telephone and in person with an excellent image of the hotel.
与人在电话及当面交谈时建立个人和酒店良好形象。
