·  Assists Director of P&C to monitor ambassador relations and motivation program in the hotel.

· Coordinates and executes ambassador social, athletic and recreational program and facilities.
协调和组织大使们社交、竞赛和娱乐活动及设备使用。
· Disseminates information regarding ambassador activities, recreational programs, ambassador relations and hotel policies and procedures.
宣传大使的活动、娱乐项目、员工关系和酒店规章制度等相关信息。
· Assist P&C Manager to manage the T&C daily work smoothly by standard.
协助人事与文化经理确保人才与文化部日常管理的顺畅及管理标准。
· Assist P&C  Manager to manage well on the ambassador canteen and ambassador dormitory.
协助人事与文化经理做好大使食堂及大使公寓的日常管理。
· Assist P&C  Manager to manage the ambassador locker room/ shift dormitory and back area of hotel.
协助人事与文化经理管理好更衣室/轮班宿舍及酒店大使后区。
· Follow up the ambassador Physical Check.
跟踪落实大使的健康体检。
· Follow up the ambassador work injury.
   跟进大使工伤事件。
