职位描述

The Bellman is responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the Bellman whilst on duty. All duties and tasks performed are to be procedurally correct, timely and of a consistently high quality. The Bellman must also ensure that through personal presentation, effective and efficient work practices and guest service standards, that the guests' "first" and "last" impressions of the Hotel are lasting ones of genuine warmth and friendliness and of high standards.

在当班期间,行李员要严格履行所有的本职工作。要按照工作程序准确、及时、高质地完成每一项工作。行李员要确保通过其良好的个人表现、高效率的工作表现和高标准的对客服务给客人留下酒店服务质量高、诚恳热情、友好的最初和最后的印象。

1.Provides courteous and professional services to both guests and customers of the Hotel.

对酒店的所有客户和客人提供礼貌专业的服务。

2. Ensures that all equipment within the section is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.

确保工作区域内的所有设备任何时间都处于良好工作状态。

3.Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform, appearance and posture throughout the section.

仪容仪表、穿着打扮、个人卫生、行为举止必须符合部门标准。

4.Ensures daily departing time of due-out guests and arranges for taxis, shuttle arrangements and limousine services to the airport if required.

确保为每日离店客人安排出租车,如客人要求,提供送机服务。

5.Co-ordinates VIP arrivals and departures.

协助重要客人的入住和离店。

6.Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests.

提供客人感兴趣的事情如:酒店服务,本地风景区,餐厅,医生,观光点等。

7.Ensures that every matter in the logbook is followed up.

确保工作日志中记录的每一件事情都已经落实。

8.Accepts luggage and parcels for safekeeping and ensure that at all times it is recorded properly.

确保所接收的行李和包裹的安全,并有正确记录。

9.Responsible for welcoming of guests and escorting them to their Rooms where necessary, in a professional friendly and genuine manner. This includes checking for mail, showing guests to room, placing luggage on rack, and give short explanation of room facilities.

如有需要,负责礼貌友好地迎接和陪同客人到他们的房间。包括查对信件,带客人到客房,把行李放到行李架上,并向客人简要解释客房设施。

10.Responsible for the timely and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage and belongings to and from Guest Rooms, cars and Front Desk.

负责及时和仔细地从客人的房间,乘座的车中以及前台接收、发放客人的行李和其它物品。

11.To ensure guest luggage and belongings are stored in a secure, methodical way at all times.

要确保客人的行李和物品始终以合理方式安全保存。

12.Responsible for the correct and accurate preparation of weather messages as required.

负责按要求提供确切的天气信息。

13.Responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of newspapers to guests as required, ensuring the highest standard of presentation at all times.

负责按照客人的要求及时、高效地分发报纸,要始终确保高质量的服务标准。

14.Responsible for ensuring all deliveries to rooms, if the guest is not at room, to ensure the Bellman record on the Transfer Record Form.

负责确保所有需转交的物品均已送入客房,如果客人不在房间,要在行李员物品传交单上准确地记录。

15.Responsible for the efficient logging of all cars in and out of the car park on the Car Parking Control Sheet.

负责在车辆控制表上,记录下车辆的出车情况。

16.Assists/ensures that no guest waits longer than 10 minutes for his/her luggage to be sent or 15 minutes for luggage to be collected to and from guest’s room.

协助/确保每一位客人等待运送行李的时间不超过10分钟,或者收运行李的时间不超过15分钟。

17.Assist the Concierge Captain in keeping the storeroom clean and tidy especially luggage trolley upkeep.

协助礼宾部领班保持行李房的卫生,特别是行李车的干净整齐。

18.Provides general information to customers and guests in a good and helpful manner.

为所有的客人和客户提供礼貌周到的信息服务。

19.Sells hotel services

宣传酒店的各项服务设施。

20.Relieves Doorgirl in an emergency.

若发生紧急情况时,替换门童。

21.To maintain and be aware of the importance of guest recognition.

要意识到客人重要性。

22.Responsible for adhering to the rules and regulations of the Hotel, as implemented in the Staff Handbook.

要遵守酒店的店规店纪和员工手册。

23.To be completely aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures of the Hotel and your responsibilities in an emergency.

要完全遵守酒店的防火安全管理条例,在紧急情况发生时,要能尽到应尽的责任。

24.To acquire thorough training provided a thorough working knowledge of the OPERA - The Hotels system.

通过提供的培训,要掌握使用酒店OPERA系统的工作知识。

25.Assumes other duties as assigned by the Concierge Captain.

完成礼宾部领班分配的其它工作。
