Value：Guests’ satisfaction. Maintain, develop, modify, communicate and then enforce outlet standards within the guidelines of the F&B Department and hotel to establish consistency at all times.
Training & Development： Plan and manage the personal development of all levels of associates within the outlet to include induction, training, coaching, counseling and regular appraisals of these associates.
Communication：Maintain a high level of communication with guests, management, colleagues and subordinates. Attend the daily F&B briefing.
沟通: 与客人，主管，同事和下级有良好的沟通, 出席会议。
Marketing: Maintain and develop the outlet concept with regard to physical attributes, services and products provided. Develop and implement promotional strategies in conjunction with Director of F&B, and the Marketing Communications Department.
