· Patrol the building with security guard during the night shift, minimum 1-2 times, find out the problems and solved in time.

· 夜间要求和安全员一起对全宿舍楼进行全面巡查，巡查次数不少于1—2次，发现问题及时处理。

· Supervise the employees to comply with dormitory management regulations and reports to Dormitory Supervisor in time if not able to handle with and make the records.

· 督促员工遵守宿舍管理制度，对无法处理问题及时可报告给员工宿舍主管，将处理情况做详细记录。

· Know well about employees’ information.

· 熟悉住宿员工的基本情况。

· Save on water, electricity.

· 节约用水、用电。

· Pay attention to fire prevention and follow the safety and security procedures strictly.

· 树立消防安全意识，严格按规定作业。

· Obey hotel rules and regulations, keep good grooming and behaviors, and keep good relations with all employees.

· 遵守酒店各项规章制度，保持良好的仪容仪表，并与所有员工保持良好的工作关系。
