岗位职责/职位描述

• Assigns specific tasks among the stewarding Ambassador.

• 分配具体任务给管事大使。

• Maintains and updates the steward operating manual, chemical charts and cleaning chart for Ambassador Guidance.

• 维护和更新管理操作手册,化学图表和清洁图用作大使的指南。

• To monitor and implement for all F&B and banquet stores an inventory and filing system for monthly reports and re-stocking tracking.

• 监控和实施为所有餐饮和宴会商店的库存和文件系统作为月度报告和库存再次跟踪。

• Prepare and monitors the requisition of all chemicals and equipment.

• 准备和监控所有化学品和设备的申请。

• Attends all scheduled meetings and training sessions required for the position.

• 参加所有的计划会议和职位要求参加的培训会议。

• Reports all accidents and issues within his department to Chief Steward.

• 汇报部门所有的事故和问题给管事部经理。

• Prepare purchase requisition for operating equipment and cleaning supplies, below the par level.

• 低于标准水平,做好操作设备和清洁用品的请购单。

• Prepares an effective duty roster suitable for the volume of business.

• 准备一个有效且适合业务量的排班表。

• Coordinate with engineering Dept. for the preventive maintenance system for exhaust, drainage, burners, fryers, refrigerators, freezers and other major equipment.

• 配合工程部门预防性维修排气,排水、燃烧器、煎锅、冰箱、冰柜等主要设备系统。

• Communicates effectively with superior, staff, other F&B department heads & other department heads

• 有效地与主管、员工、其他餐饮部门领导与其他部门主管沟通。

• Administers personnel action, leave request, over time request, extra ambassador, disciplinary action and commendation.

• 管理人员行动,休假请求,加班申请,其他大使,纪律处分和表彰。

• Responsible for guiding the stewards in the performance of their jobs.

• 负责指导管事员执行他们的工作。

• Responsible for controlling & analysing an on-going basis the following :

• 负责在持续发展的基础上控制和分析,以下内容::

o Cleanliness standard for kitchen areas, banquet rooms (back of the house), equipment & utensils.

o 厨房区域,宴会房间(房子的后面),设备和器具的清洁标准

o Guests & staff satisfaction

o 客人和员工满意度

o Operating supplies, cleaning supplies payroll and related costs.

o 操作用品、清洁用品的花费单和相关的成本单。

o Breakage and Loss

• Responsible for implementing the detailed cleaning program as scheduled, monitoring the results of each action.

• 负责按计划实施详细的清洁计划,监管每个操作的结果。

• Responsible for providing functional assistance to the stewards during operation.

• 负责在管理员操作过程提供功能帮助。

• Responsible for the proper handling and maintenance of all equipment in the kitchen.

• 负责的正确处理和维护在厨房的所有设备。

• Responsible for the storage and safekeeping of all flatware, glassware, hollowware, utensils and related equipment.

• 负责储存和保管的所有餐具、玻璃器皿、盘子、餐具和相关设备。

• Responsible for the sufficiency of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• 负责准备充足的清洁用品和设备。

• Inspects all stewarding supplies and equipment received is according to the established specification.

• 根据建立的规范,检查所有接收的管事用品和设备。

• Checks all areas of the kitchen, canteen, storeroom, fridges are up to the level of sanitation standard.

• 检查所有厨房区域、员工餐厅、储藏室、冰箱达到卫生标准的水平。

• Check daily that all kitchen equipment and cleaning equipment are in safe and good working condition.

• 每日检查所有厨房设备和清洗设备是安全、良好的工作状态。

• Updates & reviews cleaning products, purchase specifications and cleaning methods to ensure the highest possible standard at all times in line with the FSMS/HACCP and department regulations.

• 更新和审核清洁产品、采购规格和清洗方法,确保在任何时候符合公司政策和食品安全管理体系和危害分析关键环节控制点和部门规定,做到最高标准。

• Gives direction and checks set-up of buffet set in the outlet and banquet functions.

• 指导并检查为部门及宴会设计的自助餐摆台。

• Provides active supervision during the implementation of cleaning schedules.

• 积极的监督清洁计划的实施。

• Monitors the daily, weekly and monthly banquet functions, outlet promotions and activities, to plan for provision of equipment and manpower.

• 监控每日、每周和每月的宴会情况,部门促销和活动,规划提供设备和人力。

• Acquires contact from various hotels in the city, to secure additional equipment for big functions and events.

• 取得市内各家酒店的联系方式,确保为大型宴会或事件需要的额外的设备。

• Knowledgeable on fire safety and security procedures in relation to stewarding operation.

• 了解管事员操作相关的消防安全知识和安全程序。

• Knowledgeable of all job description in stewarding section, capable of performing the tasks as required.

• 了解管事部每个的职位的岗位说明,有能力执行要求的任务。

• Checks and maintains the sanitation level of the garbage room (wet and dry)

• 检查和维护垃圾房的卫生水平(干态和湿态)。

• Checks and audits regularly the process of "Sorting" garbage.

• 定期检查和审核垃圾“分类”的过程。

• Assumes all responsibility of the overall stewarding operation in the absence of the Chief Steward

• Conducts and prepares monthly operating equipment inventory.

• 开展和准备每月对操作设备的盘点。

• Reports and monitors the Breakage and Loss Report for operating equipment.

• 汇报并监管操作设备的损坏和丢失。

• Coordinates with finance in processing the disposal sale for non-performing assets like unused equipment, chipped glassware, and chinaware.

• 协调财务处理对未使用的设备,破损的玻璃器皿和瓷器降价销售。

• Coordinates with the finance department for monthly and quarterly operating equipment inventory and stores.

• 协调财务部每月和季度性盘点操作设备库存和商店。

• Implements an effective program in maintaining the ideal food and labour cost of the whole department

• Supervises the function of all kitchen employees, facilities and costs, hence contributes to maximizing the overall Food and Beverage department profit.

• Ensure wherever possible that ambassadors are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation

• Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.

• Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

• Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

• Motivates a strong team amongst the ambassador in the stewarding section.

• Develop & implements training plan for the stewarding section.

• Conducts on the job training for stewarding supervisors and ambassador.

• 为管事主管和大师们开展在职培训。

• Coaches, counsel and disciplines the stewarding supervisors and ambassador in accordance to the Hotel's policies and procedures.

• 按照酒店的政策,指导、劝告和训导管事部主管和大使。

• Participates in the interview, hiring and orientation for new employees for stewarding.

• 为管事部新员工参加面试,雇佣和介绍会议。

• Provide training to support quality standards to ensure a luxury guest experience

• 提供支持服务质量,确保奢华顾客体验的培训项目。

• Greet and be generous to all guests and colleagues and always willing to offer the assistance

• 热情大方地回应客人及同事,并乐于助人。

• Maintain employee relations

• Strictly follow and practice our Sofitel Standard Greeting.

• Highly conversant in both the local language and English

• All ambassadors are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances. 

• 所有大使在工作中都必须服从直属上司所发出的一切合理要求,并在正规场合一定时间里完成工作。

• All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.

• 当涉及到商业层面时,大使可能会签署酒店内相关的其他责任。

• All ambassadors are required to embody and practice the Hotel’s Energy/Cost Saving program efficiently.

• 所有大使都要求体现酒店节能意识并有效地操作节约成本的程序。
