1、 Most of the times station at the lobby to greet guests.

利用大部分时间在酒店大堂区域问候客人。

2、Guest Relations Manager is responsible for receiving and escorting all VIP’s and ensuring that they feel comfortable and welcome on arrival to hotel.

客户关系经理要负责重要客人的迎领工作。要确保重要客人抵达酒店时感觉舒适并受到了热情的欢迎。

3、Ensure at all times maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition to all guests along with A|CLUB members, VIPs, and repeat guests,  and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure

确保最大限度上满足客人的需求,A|CLUB会员及重要贵宾从到达至离开酒店期间,为客人提供个性化服务,使客户满意。

4、Ensure and oversee that the Guest Relations Officer and Lobby Ambassador’s shift procedures/duties are completed on time and are procedurally correct.

客户关系经理要负责监督客户关系主任和大堂使者及时准确地完成本职的日常工作。

5、Bid farewell to every corporate guest and all VIPs upon their departures. 

与每一位团队客人和VIP客人离店时道别。

6、Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity.

随时以友好的态度与客人打招呼,为客人提供帮助,尽量称呼客人的姓名。

7、Meets and escorts arriving VIPs and bids farewell upon their departure.

迎接并陪同抵达的重要客人,在客人离店时应向客人道别。

8、Provides courteous and efficient service and if possible complies with every guest request.

如果有可能对每位客人提出的每一个要求都要提供礼貌和高效率的服务和帮助。

9、Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner.

礼貌友好的问候客人。

10、Shows guests up to their rooms and explain the facilities the hotel provides.

引领客人到房间并向客人介绍酒店的设施。

11、Offer to do their flight reconfirmation, changes or new bookings.

为客人提供机票再确认,更改或预订机票的服务。

12、Promotes the hotel outlets and offers to make reservations for them.

推销酒店的餐厅并为他们提供预订服务。

13、Adheres to policies established by the hotel.

遵守酒店建立的制度。

14、Is conversant with all Accor Loyalty Program, Frequent Flyer programs and benefits.

熟悉雅高忠诚计划,和常飞卡计划以及其优惠政策。

15、Be familiar with “Show Around” program, show hotel around to guest when needed.

熟知索菲特之旅计划,作为客人参观酒店的向导。

16、Provides guest service and comply if possible with every guest’s requests.

如果有可能对每一位客人提出的每一个要求提供服务和帮助。

17、Checks and ensures that all room/suites assigned for VIPs are in order and the respective amenities are placed in the room/suites before the guest arrival.

检查并确保为重要客人所预分的房间已经就绪,所有客房所需相关用具已于客人抵达前布置完毕。

18、Ensures that the lobby and work place is kept clean at all times.

确保大堂和工作区域始终保持整洁。

19、Assist in taking room reservations, if a guest approaches the Front Desk or calls up.

如果客人路过前台或打电话预订房间,要帮助客人。

20、Works closely with the front desk staff to ensure a smooth check in.

同前台员工密切合作以确保客人入住登记办理顺畅。

21、Provides information on the city to the guests.

向客人提供本市的有关资料。

22、Make courtesy call to in house guest on random basis.

每天任意挑选住店客人并致电询问入住情况。.

23、Update guest information, preferences and comments from Comments Card, MEDALLIA into guest history profile in a timely manner and share it to the teams during the meeting.

及时在客史资料中更新客人信息,喜好,意见反馈及特别注意事宜,并在会议中与大家分享。

24、Checks daily arrival list for VIPs, regular and all FIT guests. Introduces hotel facilities and special services to guests while rooming. Follows up checks-in.

当天核查重要客人、常客及所有非团体外籍客人的抵店清单。客人住房登记时,应向客人介绍酒店各项设施及特殊服务,并落实客人入住手续。

25、Co-ordinates and follows up immediately with Housekeeping and Engineering Department for any request of guest regarding maintenance and repair in the guestrooms.

客人所提出的客房任何维修服务时,应立即与管家部和工程部联系合作。

26、Reads and signs the logbook and notice board for the latest news and follow-ups.

阅读工作日志并签字,注意板面上的最新信息并尽快解决落实。

27、Adheres to hotel policies and procedures.

遵守酒店的制度和工作程序。

28、Attends meetings and training programs (if any).

参加会议和培训。

29、Reports immediately any guest complaints to the Guest Service Manager

及时向值班经理报告客人的投诉。

30、Acts as a “Hotel Host” to hotel guests

以酒店主人的姿态接待住店客人。

31、Issues fruits baskets and other amenities

赠送果篮或其它用品。

32、Must be able to provide guests with any information pertaining to functions, tours, ticketing arrangements, general information on flights, bus, ferry and train schedules, special happenings in town and activities of the hotel in particular. Full attention must be given at all times.

必须能够向客人提供酒店各种附属功能,旅游、票务,航班、公交、客船、火车时刻表及概述,所在城市特别事件及酒店组织的特殊活动。必须随时给予客人足够重视。

33、 Meets all repeated guests and VIPs upon arrival.

必须迎接抵达的所有常客及重要人物。

34、Checks with the reservation correspondence to make sure that all guest’s requests are granted.

核查预订信息以确保客人所有要求均可满足。

35、Be alert and reports to the Guest Service Manager if seeing someone suspicious on the floor or around the lobby area.

如果在楼层或大堂区域看到可疑的人要警醒并通知当班的值班经理。

36、Assumes other duties as delegated from time to time.

随时承担被委派的其他工作。

38、Ensure all Airport pick-ups are being taken care of.

确保照顾到所有需要接机的客人。

39、To acquire through training provided a comprehensive knowledge of hotel’s Property Management System (OPERA), Telephone System.

通过培训,要掌握酒店电脑系统(OPERA)、总机系统。

40、Responsible for adhering to hotel staff rules and regulations as detailed in hotel’s staff handbook.

要遵守酒店的店规店纪和员工手册。

41、Assumes other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

完成前厅部经理分配的其它工作。

42、Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients and customers of the Hotel.

观察客人的日常行为和活动,消除客人的不满并且同客人以及酒店的客户建立起友好的关系。

43、Through close supervision, recommends improvement in operation, especially in the aspects of developing better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.

通过细致入微的管理,改善酒店的运作,特别是在提高服务标准,增加酒店收入及减少损失方面。
