	 As per instruction from DOE, carry out preventive maintenance schedule to keep all equipments or facilities in good condition
协助工程总监制定本部门的月度、年度预防性维修保养计划有效保障酒店设备、设施安全经济运行完好；
	Organizing staff training to enhance work skills, conscious of service and qualities whenever Necessary
协助执行员工培训计划，对员工进行业务技能酒店意识，基本素质的培训；
	Be in charge of all expenditure to ensure cutting down expenses.
掌握当班能源消耗及维修费用，确保酒店最大限度的节能、节支；
	Coordinate with staff of other departments.
做好外部关系的协调，以获得良好的外部环境；
	Assist DOE in holding regular meeting and arranging duty work. 
协助主持部门工作例会，协调班组工作；
	Supervise the proceeding of on-the-spot construction by analyzing quotation.
协助分析工程项目报价单，亲临现场检查施工与工程进度；
	Examine and guide duty team all the routine works 
考核下级的工作，并对其工作做出指导和评论；
	Assist in placing all documents of equipment and maintenance on files. 
协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案；
	Maintain good relations with related units such as Satellite TV Bureau, Cable TV Co.,China Telecom ,Power Supply Bureau, Environment Protection Bureau,Hygiene Station to seek their support in the engineering-related work.
与工程相关的单位如卫通联、有线电视公司、中国电信、电力局、环保局、卫生防疫站保持良好关系，争取他们支持工程部的相关工作；
	Check and supervise daily work of every team, and check their work quality .
检查督导各专业组的日常工作，并检查其完成的工作质量；
	Carry out all the technical project 、energy-saving  project and environment project.
组织落实各种技改项目、节能项目、环保项目；
	Carry out any further duties and when required and assigned by DOE.
执行工程总监下达的其它工作指令。
	As the hotel’s level of business varies considerably, there is a need for flexibility in attitude, approach and working hours.
由于酒店工作性质的灵活性， 员工须具备端正的工作态度，采取灵活工作方式调整工作时间。
	Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor
