Job Description 岗位职责

1、Forecast market demand, for the hotel market key opportunity.

预测市场需求，为酒店争取市场关键时机。
2、Assisted the subordinate hotel companies to maximize revenue, increase market share and achieve better revenue.

协助各下属酒店公司收益最大化，提高市场份额，同时取得更好的收益。
3、Work closely with the booking department and sales team of subordinate hotel companies to promote targeted revenue, and always adhere to high standard customer service concept in personal and team booking.

与下属酒店公司预订部及销售团队紧密合作以推动针对性收入，在个人和团队预定中始终坚持高标准的客服理念。
4、Always compete with the environment and optimize the average revenue per salable room.

始终能对环境竞争，优化每间可销售客房的平均收益。
5、Lead the team within the company with a vision of revenue management strategy.

相应敏锐的洞察力，在公司里利用收入管理策略的眼光来领导团队。
6、Appropriate adjustment to ensure that the hotel room sales and revenue maximization, according to the standard execution and record.

适当调节以保证酒店房间销售和收益最大化，按照标准执行并记录。
7、Supervised the room booking flow of each hotel company, price display on holidays, specific time periods and OTA platforms, and ensured that the operating system was consistent with the company's standards.

监督各酒店公司房间预订流量，节假日、特定时间段、OTA平台等价格展示情况，并确保操作系统与公司标准相一致。
8、Ability to formulate and implement operating budget and business plan.

具备制订和执行营业预算及经营计划的能力。
9、Have the ability to formulate the overall business objectives and action plans of the subordinate hotel company.

具备制订符合下属酒店公司总体营业目标及行动方案的能力。
10、Responsible for tracking and analyzing the booking process and team flow, paying special attention to and strengthening the management of team reserved rooms, doing a better job of appropriate team reduction and maximizing revenue.

负责跟踪和分析预订流程，团队流量，特别关注和加强团队预留房管理，更好的做好团队适度减量，最大程度提高收益。
11、Analyzed the earnings of subordinate hotel companies, held weekly earnings information meeting and monthly earnings management analysis meeting of subordinate hotel companies.

根据下属各酒店公司收益情况做出分析，每周召开收益信息会，每月召开下属各酒店公司收益管理分析会。
