1.       Manage in-coming clients enquiries received via fax, phone and email effectively to ensure all calls are handled professionally, promptly and courteously.

2.       Provide accurate resorts & hotels information to all clients, and efficient coordination of requests from FITs or Groups to ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction.

3.       Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance work efficiency and productivity.

4.       Convert each caller’s enquiry into reservations with the relevant tactical programs developed by sales.
从销售中获取相关的战略性销售方法，努力使每位客人的问询变为实质预定。
5.       Assist sales team to achieve sales targets by promoting and representing appropriate tactical sales programs to prospects.

6.       Provide efficient support by maintaining an updated product file for the various resorts, thus, ensuring the Team   has the most current information readily upon request.

7.       Collate reports and prepare presentation materials

8.       Provide administrative support to the Sales Team in terms of preparing sales quotation and proposals.

9.       Prepare sales contracts, update contract summary and follow up with clients on outstanding contract.

10.    Work closely with various department especially Reservation, Front Office & F&B etc
