【岗位职责】
1、负责西餐热菜的制作，包括食材准备、烹饪、装盘等工作，确保菜品质量符合酒店标准。
2、根据菜单要求，按时完成热菜出品，保证出菜速度和菜品温度。
3、严格遵守食品安全与卫生标准，确保厨房操作区域的清洁与安全。
4、协助厨房主管进行菜品研发与创新，定期提出改进建议。
5、合理使用食材，控制成本，减少浪费。
6、配合团队完成每日备餐任务，确保厨房高效运转。
7、定期检查厨房设备，确保其正常运行，发现问题及时上报维修。
【岗位要求】
1、具备西餐热菜制作基础，熟悉常见西餐烹饪技法（如煎、烤、炖、烩等）。
2、能够适应快节奏工作环境，具备较强的抗压能力和团队协作精神。
3、对食品安全与卫生有清晰认知，严格遵守操作规范。
4、学习能力强，愿意接受新菜品和新技术的培训。
5、身体健康，无传染性疾病，能够适应站立工作及倒班安排。
6、有酒店或西餐厅工作经验者优先，无经验者可提供培训。
