【岗位职责】
1、协助厨师完成菜品的前期准备工作，包括食材清洗、切配、腌制等；
2、负责厨房用具的清洁、消毒及摆放，确保工作区域整洁卫生；
3、根据厨师要求，及时传递食材、调料及工具，确保烹饪流程顺畅；
4、协助厨师完成菜品的装盘、点缀及出品，保证菜品的美观与品质；
5、负责厨房日常物料的补充与整理，确保工作高效有序；
6、遵守食品安全及卫生标准，严格执行厨房操作规范；
7、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1、对餐饮行业有浓厚兴趣，愿意从基础岗位学习并成长；
2、具备良好的团队协作精神，能够适应快节奏的工作环境；
3、身体健康，无传染性疾病，能适应站立工作及体力劳动；
4、工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳，具备较强的执行力和学习能力；
5、有相关厨房工作经验者优先，无经验者可提供培训；
6、遵守酒店规章制度，服从工作安排。
