【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店日常运营所需的物资、设备及服务的采购工作，包括但不限于食品原料、客房用品、办公用品等；
2、制定并执行采购计划，确保采购流程符合公司政策和行业标准，优化采购成本；
3、与供应商建立并维护良好的合作关系，定期评估供应商的资质、价格、交货能力及服务质量；
4、负责采购合同的谈判、签订及执行，确保条款合理并符合公司利益；
5、监控库存水平，避免物资短缺或过剩，确保库存周转率处于合理范围；
6、协调与财务、仓储、运营等部门的沟通，确保采购物资的及时交付和账务清晰；
7、定期分析市场行情及价格趋势，提出采购策略调整建议，降低采购成本；
8、处理采购过程中的突发问题，如供应商违约、交货延迟等，确保酒店运营不受影响。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，采购、物流、供应链管理或相关专业优先；
2、3年以上采购工作经验，有酒店行业采购经验者优先；
3、熟悉采购流程及供应链管理，具备较强的谈判能力和成本控制意识；
4、具备良好的数据分析能力，能够独立完成市场调研及供应商评估；
5、工作细致、责任心强，具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；
6、熟练使用办公软件及采购管理系统，具备一定的合同管理能力；
7、能够适应快节奏的工作环境，具备较强的抗压能力。
