【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店当班期间的运营管理，确保服务质量、安全及宾客满意度达到标准。
2、监督前台、客房、餐饮等部门的日常运作，协调解决突发事件及宾客投诉。
3、检查并确保前厅部员工仪容仪表、行为规范及工作流程符合酒店政策。
4、审核当班期间的账务处理，监督房态及预订情况，合理调配资源。
5、巡视酒店公共区域及设施设备，发现问题及时上报并跟进整改。
6、代表酒店处理宾客意见与需求，维护良好宾客关系，提升入住体验。
7、执行上级下达的指令，完成临时性工作任务，并做好交接班记录。
【岗位要求】
1、需具备酒店行业从业热情及服务意识。
2、熟悉酒店前台或运营岗位基本流程，有值班经理经验者优先。
3、主动热情，具备良好的沟通协调能力和应变能力，能独立处理各类客户投诉及突发状况。
4、工作责任心强，注重细节，能承受一定工作压力并适应轮班制。
5、形象端正，普通话标准，具备基础英语沟通能力者优先。
6、熟练使用酒店管理系统及办公软件。
