岗位职责
1.帮助行政楼层宾客做好入住及退房工作。
2.检查并确保为重要宾客所预分的房间已经就绪，所有的小礼物在宾客抵达前已经放入宾客房间.
3.在宾客入住时为宾客提供欢迎茶服务，引领客人到房间并向宾客介绍酒店的设施。
4.推荐酒店的餐厅并为他们提供预订服务。
5.迎接并陪同抵达的重要宾客，在宾客离店时应向客人道别。
6.同前台员工密切合作以确保宾客住顺畅，为行政楼层宾客提供下午茶服务。
7.阅读工作日志并签字，注意板面上的最后一条通知并落实。
8.及时向行政楼层经理报告宾客的投诉。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验，或有一定餐饮工作经验。
2.能吃苦耐劳，相貌端正，头脑灵活，能适应翻班制。
3.具备与宾客沟通交流技巧和很好的客服意识，能承受工作压力并熟练掌握酒店业PMS和PSB系。
4.知晓相关酒店财务制度，具有很好的团队协作性和服从性。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：英语-熟练 中国普通话-精通计算机能力：良好年龄要求：23-32岁
