岗位职责

Job responsibility

1.负责财务部应收帐款和应付帐款的记帐工作。

Responsible for the bookkeeping of accounts receivable and accounts payable of the financial Department.

2.当日审传递过来应收帐款时，要及时的进行整理和登记并放好。

When checking and transferring accounts receivable on the same day, it is necessary to timely sort out, register and put them away

3.负责应付款支付时的核对工作，核对准确并签字确认。

Responsible for checking the payables, checking the accuracy and signing for confirmation

4.每月做好应收和应付款的分析报告，并及时上报财务总监。

Make monthly analysis report of receivables and payables, and timely report to cfo.

5.当销售部催款员来领帐单时必须认真仔细的做好登记工作。

When the sales department reminder comes to collect the bill, they must do the registration work carefully

6.核对催款员到帐的款项和发票开出的金额和银行的结算户名、金额是否一致。

Check whether the payment received by the reminder and the amount issued by the invoice are consistent with the settlement account name and amount of the bank

1.财务专业（或相关专业）毕业以上文化程度。

Finance major (or related major) above education level

2.有助理会计师以上职称，2年以上工作经验；

Have the title of assistant accountant or above, at least 2 years of working experience

3.熟悉国家财经法律、法规、方针、政策和制度，掌握酒店的有关知识。

Familiar with national financial laws, regulations, guidelines, policies and systems, and master relevant knowledge of the hotel

4.具有独立划清两类资金界限和商品流通费与非商品流通费界限的能力，具有正确地进行会计财务处理、能用电脑操作和调用各项数据的能力。

Have the ability to separate the boundary between two types of funds and the boundary between commodity circulation fee and non-commodity circulation fee independently, and have the ability to correctly handle accounting and financial affairs, operate and call various data by computer
