JOB SUMMARY职位概述:  

With comprehensive Spa treatment skills, including body massage, body care and facial treatment, and as well as the professional Spa products knowledge, leading guests to enjoy a relaxing treatment experience。 Responsible for the cleanness of treatment room area, support Spa reception and fitness etc.       

具有全面的Spa护理技能,包括身体按摩、身体护理和面部护理,拥有专业的spa产品知识,引领客人享受一个放松的护理体验。负责理疗房区域的清洁工作,支持前台接待、健身房等区域的工作。

Qualifications任职资格:

l  Knowledge of all massage/body/esthetic treatments offered
要有所有提供的服务的知识

l  1-3 years previous experience in Spa
1-3年的水疗中心经验

l  Ability to pleasantly communicate with proper grammar in English

l  能够正确、愉快的英文交流

l  Ability to provide legible communication
能够清楚和客人交流

l  Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
能够听从指示,只需要最小限度的监督管理

l  State and local certification and licensing requirements.

Essential Job Functions首要工作职责:

l  Full working understanding of Gold Standard, Spa Vision and Mission, 14 Key Production Processes and Brand SOP(s)
完全理解黄金标准,水疗远景和使命,14个关键的品牌服务标准和程序

l  Provide continuous guest service and anticipation of guests’ needs
保证真诚的关心所有的客人和让他们感到舒适

l  Provide a professional, friendly demeanor to all guests and hotel employees.
向酒店的员工 展示专业和友好的举止

l  Able to build good relationships with guest, ask for visit expectations
和客人建立友善关系,询问客人期望、要求及建议,

l  Assist and guide guests around relaxation area and spa and fitness facilities
向客人解释和帮助他们使用水疗设施、更衣室、游泳池、和健身中心

l  Assist and guide guests to the necessary stations prior to any services
scheduled.
帮助或指引客人到他们要去的地方或安排好的一些项目

l  Serve and assist guests with beverages and refreshments.
为客人提供饮料和点心

l  Responsible for achieving all inspections such as 5-star rating, BSA, Forbes through being professional, courteous, and respectful to all guests and staff alike.

l  Handle guest complaints by ensuring guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
保证处理客人投诉,解决问题并使客人满意

l  Enforce spa policies to provide a fair and safe environment to guests
执行水疗政策规定,为客人提供一个公平、安全的环境。

l  Monitor the presentation and cleanliness of the spa continuously
监督水疗中心环境,确保水疗中心干净、整洁

l  Monitor the quality and quantity of any display items.
监督水疗中心陈列物品的质量及数量

l  Maintain guidelines of budget, actively upsell.
负责财务预算, 积极销售

l  Able to schedule reservation in an attempt to maximize daily utilization and revenues.
能够最大限度安排预定增加收入

l  Maintain complete knowledge and comply with the hotel and departmental policies and procedures
保持与酒店及部门政策与程序相关知识的一致性

l  Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
与其它部门紧密合作

l  Team and department mandatory meetings must be recognized.
举办团队会议

l  Always allow sufficient advance notice (2 hours or more) prior to change requests for scheduled working shifts.
员工要求更换班次时,应至少提前两小时通知

l  The facilities opening and closing procedures must be performed according to the schedule and standard operating procedures.
必须根据时间表和标准程序来开关设备设施

l  Monitor and maintain the quality and quantity of locker, amenities, linens, beverages and all accessories.
始终留意和保持毛巾、更衣柜钥匙、洗发水、沐浴露和小件物品等的数量和质量

l  Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of storeroom.
始终留意和保持储备间、毛巾区的干净和整洁

l  Stock a record the linen and other guest supplies on a daily basis.
准备好每天客人需要的毛巾和其它用品,并做好相应的记录

Secondary Job Functions次要工作职责:

1.    Team and departmental mandatory meetings must be recognized.
必须参加团队和部门的会议

2.    Hourly shift clock in/out procedures must be practiced and adhere to strict overtime set by spa management.
按时上下班的制度,根据水疗的管理情况执行加班制度

3.    Perform other duties assigned by the Spa Manager/Assistant Spa Manager.
履行水疗主管、部门安排的其他工作职责

4.    Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guest information.

能够保护客人的信息和酒店的相关信息

5.    Support other area when need.

需要时支持其他区域工作
