1. 认真核对并确认客户每一笔回款，做好客户回款的审核确认工作，编制收款会计凭证并登记应收帐款明细台帐；
2. 做好应收帐款日常核对工作，及时将对帐资料归集存档，必要时与销售员一道外出对帐；
3. 每月向部门主管领导报送一份应收帐款分析明细表；
4. 对应收帐款金额较大、帐龄较长的客户进行重点跟踪，包括及时与客户对帐，查明原因并向部门主管领导汇报；
5. 负责应收帐款帐龄分析；
6. 负责指导下属员工制定阶段工作计划，并督促执行；
7. 对公司员工进行财务支持，对其他部门能够进行财务监督、协助和沟通；
8. 完成财务副总及会计核算部经理交付的其它任务。
工作职责：
1. 对会计信息的真实性、完整性负责；
2. 对会计凭证的准确性和会计报表的及时性负责；
3. 对会计工作的有效性和有序性负责。
与上级的沟通方式：
接受财务副总及会计核算部经理的口头及书面指导。
同级沟通：
公司各部门负责人的协调沟通。
给予下级的指导：
对本部门下属员工明确分工和业务指导。
