岗位职责：
1、了解掌握门店岗位技能以及公司提供的门店管理培训课程；
2、负责协助门店日常的营运工作；
3、负责门店的货品管理、陈列、定购、补货及日常库存的管理；
4、负责协助门店员工的招聘、培训、排班等工作；
5、负责处理现场客诉，为客人提供满意的服务；
6、完成总部交代的其他工作事宜；
任职要求：
1、1年以上值班经理经验；
2、全日制大专及以上学历；
3、能适应门店的工作压力和快节奏；
4、良好的沟通能力及亲和力，对服务行业充满热情；
5、有连锁食品餐饮行业经验者优先考虑；
6、此岗位是店长的培养对象，晋升空间非常宽阔。
工作时间：做六休一，8小时工作制。
