【岗位职责】
1. 协助餐饮总监，负责餐饮服务团队的日常管理工作，包括人员排班、任务分配及绩效考核，确保服务流程高效规范。
2. 监督并提升餐厅、宴会厅及包厢的服务质量，严格执行酒店服务标准，及时处理宾客投诉与特殊需求，维护客户满意度。
3. 组织开展员工服务技能、礼仪规范及酒水知识培训，提升团队专业素养与服务水平。
4. 协助餐饮总监制定并优化服务标准、流程与管理制度，推动服务创新与品牌建设。
5. 负责餐饮区域卫生、安全及设施设备的巡检与管理，确保符合食品卫生与安全法规。
6. 协调与前厅、厨房及宴会部门的沟通，保障大型宴会、会议及重要接待活动的顺利执行。
7. 收集分析宾客反馈及服务数据，定期提交服务改进报告，持续优化运营效率与客户体验。
【岗位要求】
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具有3年以上中高端酒店或大型餐饮企业服务管理经验，其中至少1年担任主管及以上职务。
3. 身体健康，形象气质佳，具备良好的职业素养与抗压能力。
4. 精通餐饮服务流程与标准，熟悉中西餐礼仪及宴会管理，具备食品安全知识。
5. 出色的沟通协调与团队管理能力，能有效激励员工并处理突发状况。
6. 熟练操作办公软件及餐饮管理系统，具备基本数据分析能力。
7. 持有酒店行业相关资格证书者优先考虑。
