【岗位职责】
- 确保遵循酒店的政策方针和品牌标准。
- 确保所有队员遵守酒店仪容仪表和个人卫生标准。
- 确保正确解释酒店的服务标准和酒店政策给员工并且让员工正确的执行。
- 提供良好的工作氛围和建立和谐的团队，增加团队的士气和工作效率。
- 对于认可的员工实施培训课程，进行全体员工的培训和评估他们的能力。
- 提前意识到缺少服务标准的对客服务并及时制定发展计划，跟踪和执行改变。
- 设计客人和VIP客人的记录并且维护。
- 计划和实施每日，每周和每月的清洁计划。
- 为家具和设备提供卫生及好的工作状态。
- 监督和保持餐饮部的预算、收入
【岗位要求】
1.全面的餐饮部运营知识。
2.5年以上相关的工作经验，3年主管级经验。
