岗位职责：
- 负责集团旗下精品民宿/度假酒店市场品牌营销策略的开发及实施管理工作，包括对品牌营销策略的开发策划与实施监管、对市场推广计划的实施与监管；
- 结合市场、营销需求及产品特性、策划、执行线上线下推广活动，包括酒店宣传文案、营销活动、商务合作；
- 根据公司年度整体发展战略，结合新媒体方式、创新思维，管理并确保市场营销团队有效创新，增强品牌影响力；
- 实施有效的销售策略和计划，含非客房收入。
- 研究江浙沪境内旅游市场、民宿与度假酒店市场动态，保持与建立和相关部门、互联网渠道、旅行社等的公共关系，整合资源良好对接；
- 运用多种营销方式开展切实有效的品牌营销工作，促进品牌影响力及销售；
- 开拓有效的品牌客户资源，保证销售业绩的同时确保销售增量；
- 完成领导安排的其他相关工作。
任职资格：
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历，市场营销相关专业；
- 具有5年及以上酒店营销工作相关经验，或3年以上高端精品民宿，度假酒店营销工作经验；
- 具备良好的市场推广、活动策划、创新能力、较强市场洞察力，优秀的写作能力；
- 具备良好的理解、表达和沟通能力，优秀的执行力，以及良好的逻辑思维、调研及分析能力；
- 有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力，有团队协作精神，善于挑战。
