岗位职责：
1、 根据上级分配的销售任务及工作要求， 负责制定并执行本地区销售政策，带领本地区销售人员完成集团分配的指标和任务。
2、 带领区域销售人员开发区域内新客户，维护现有资源，提供销售业绩。
3、 参与集团周度、月度经营会议，完成每周的销售工作并拟写销售报告。
4、 参与并执行集团及旗下酒店的销售策略、推广方案、价格体系等。
5、 完成销售指标的同时，协助进行酒店品牌的推广及制定并参与各项有关活动。
6、 负责办公室人员的日常管理。
7、 完成领导交办的其它工作。
岗位要求：
1、 大学以上文化程度。 5年以上同岗位销售经验（集团连锁酒店优先）
2、 良好的普通话及英文水平。
3、 拥有强烈的事业心及责任感，良好的执行力。
4、 具有良好的沟通能力，具有一定的客户资源。
5、具有独立组织和销售工作能力。
6、工作地点在南京
