岗位职责：
1、负责集团酒店新媒体策划及宣传工作；
2、根据部门负责人指示，制定新媒体宣传计划，统筹酒店有关部门的经营推销活动；
3、参与组织集团酒店重大活动；
4、负责集团酒店文字、绘画等宣传品、装饰品的编写、设计制作，监制发送及布置工作，定期检查上述宣传品及酒店内外招牌、广告的内容及质量；
5、同政府接待部门、企业集团、新闻媒体、公关策划单位建立密切联系，积极争取承办会议、展览、新闻发布等重大活动，借助传播媒体和公众舆论提高集团酒店知名度和吸引力；
6、建立集团公关工作档案系统和资料库；
7、积极沟通酒店酒店内部关系，沟通经营信息；
8、制定集团酒店年度广告预算、媒体选择和实施工作。
任职资格：
1、统招大专以上学历；
2、三年以上同等岗位工作经验；
3、有优秀的社交能力，能准确了解酒店对外销售方针、政策，通过对市场的了解，有计划地开展销售业务工作，在促销中，能灵活运用酒店的政策和价格；能够根据销售部门制定的销售计划，结合所管辖地区的市场情况，提出切实可行的销售，并能协助市场营销经理制定适合该地区销售的具体计划；
4、Office办公软件，PPT等技能；
5、接收过专业的国际集团培训。
