工作职责：
1. 定期参加各部门例会，提出建议，并主持厨房会议。
2. 负责审定及验收厨房每天所需要的原材料，负责原料、调料申领单的审核及签字。
3. 负责厨房的各部门的组织管理，做好各班组的工作协调和人员的临时调配。
4. 负责厨房下属的考核以及评估。
5. 制定厨房员工培训计划并负责实施。
6. 督导厨房各岗位搞好环境及个人卫生，避免食物中毒事故的发生。
7. 主动征询宾客意见和建议，并与餐厅保持良好的沟通，不断修改以及调整菜肴的口味，提高菜品质量。
8. 负责厨房所有设备、器具正确使用的检查与指导，并审批器械检修报告单。
9、开发新菜品，及时了解不同季节的市场供应情况，确定菜肴价格。制定菜谱标准。
10、与餐厅经理配合，处理客人投诉，不断改进及提高
