岗位职责
1. 做好宴会经理的助手，对上级分配的任务要求保质、保量、按时完成。
2. 发挥规模作用，对自己严格要求，对下属严格督导和训练，认真执行各项规章制度和服务规范、操作规程，保质保量的完成各项服务工作。
3. 认真组织餐厅员工进行业务培训，提高服务技能和业务水平，熟悉宴会各项活动流程。
4. 抓好员工纪律、服务态度，了解员工思想情绪，操作技术和思想作风。
5. 召开班前班后会议，落实每日工作计划，保持好餐厅整洁。
6. 活动前检查餐厅电梯、空调、音响、灯光等各项前期情况做好安全和节能工作。
