【岗位职责】
1、负责黄山涵月楼酒店OTA渠道（如携程、美团、飞猪等）的日常运营管理，包括价格策略制定、房态维护、活动策划及上线等；
2、监控OTA渠道的流量、转化率、点评等数据，定期分析并优化运营策略，提升酒店线上曝光及订单量；
3、与OTA平台保持紧密沟通，争取平台资源（如首页推荐、促销活动等），提高酒店在平台上的竞争力；
4、处理OTA渠道的客户咨询、投诉及突发问题，确保服务质量与客户满意度；
5、定期整理OTA渠道运营数据，形成分析报告，为管理层提供决策支持；
6、关注行业动态及竞品信息，及时调整运营策略，确保酒店在OTA渠道的市场优势。
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉OTA平台运营规则及操作流程，有酒店行业相关经验者优先；
2、具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题并提出优化方案；
3、良好的沟通协调能力，能与内外部团队高效合作；
4、责任心强，能独立处理突发问题，抗压能力好；
5、对市场敏感，能快速响应行业变化，制定有效的运营策略；
6、工作细致，注重结果，有较强的执行力和目标导向意识。
