【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店房务部门的运营管理工作，包括前厅部、客房部等部门的日常运营及服务质量把控；
2、制定并执行房务部门的年度预算、工作计划及运营标准，确保部门高效运转；
3、监督并优化房务工作流程，提升服务效率与客户满意度，处理客户投诉及突发事件；
4、负责房务部门员工的招聘、培训、考核及团队建设，提升员工专业素养与服务意识；
5、定期检查客房及公共区域的清洁、设施维护情况，确保符合酒店卫生及安全标准；
6、与其他部门（如销售、工程、餐饮等）协调合作，确保酒店整体运营顺畅；
7、分析房务运营数据，提出改进建议并落实执行，控制成本并提升收益。
【岗位要求】
1、具备丰富的酒店房务管理经验，熟悉前厅、客房等部门的运营流程及服务标准；
2、优秀的团队管理能力，能够有效激励员工并提升团队绩效；
3、较强的沟通协调能力，能够妥善处理客户关系及跨部门协作；
4、注重细节，对服务品质有高标准要求，具备较强的问题解决能力；
5、具备成本控制意识及数据分析能力，能够优化运营效率；
6、能适应高强度工作，具备良好的抗压能力及应变能力。
