西餐厅经理岗位职责
1．检查落实部门规章制度的执行情况和各项工作的完成情况。
2．安排、带领、督促、检查员工做好营业前的各项准备工作，及时、如实地向经理反映部门情况，向部门经理/主任汇报各员工的工作表现。
3．加强现场管理意识，及时处理突发事件。掌握客人心态，带领员工不断提高服务质量。
4．加强公关意识，广交朋友，树立本部门良好的形象，有一定客源。
5．熟悉业务，在工作中发扬吃苦耐劳，兢兢业业的精神，起到模范带头作用，协助部门经理/主任增强本部门员工的凝聚力。
6．检查当班服务员的工作着装及个人仪态仪表。
7．作好每位员工的考勤排休工作，严格把关，不徇私情。
8．合理安排餐厅服务人员的工作，督促服务员做好服务和清洁卫生工作。
9．随时注意餐厅就餐人员动态和服务情况，要在现场进行指挥，遇有VIP客人或举行重要会议，要认真检查餐前准备工作和餐桌摆放是否符合标准，并亲自上台服务，以确保服务的高水准。
10．加强与客人的沟通，了解客人对饭菜的意见，了解客人情绪，妥善处理客人
