二．工作职责
1、 上班提前5分钟按规定着装到岗，保证良好的仪表仪容和精神状态。
2、 认真聆听交接班内容，牢记所布置及需注意的各类事项，并在工作中认真落实。
3、 了解当前客房状态，掌握当班可售房情况,熟记宾客预订状况，了解当日客情情况。
4、 本着“宾客至上，服务第一”的宗旨，主动、热情、规范待客。
5、 严格按照程序标准，为宾客办理登记入住手续，并将信息快速、准确的输入电脑。
6、 与销售部密切合作，协助会务组和团队陪同接待好会议和团队。
7、 配合GRO接待好VIP客人。
8、 根据当前销售策略，积极向客人介绍饭店，积极销售房间，尽力留住每一位宾客，对自己职权以外的要求，请示领导再给予答复。
9、 为预抵客人分配房间；
10、 按钥匙管理程序准确制发磁卡钥匙。
11、 为客人提供结账服务并将有关信息输入电脑；
12、 负责打印各类统计报表和有关资料存档。
13、 及时汇报客人的表扬、建议、投诉和意见。
14、 为客人提供所有信息，帮助处理客人要求和特殊需求；
15、 熟悉紧急事故的处理程序，及时采取紧急措施。
16、 保持接待柜台和后场干净整洁；
17、 服从领班的分配，阅读并填写交班日志，认真做好交接班；
18、 完成主管临时交办的事宜。
三．任职条件
1. 高中以上文化程度，熟悉酒店的房务政策，有酒店前台工作经验二年以上。
2. 通过酒店英语中级水平达标考试，会话流利并能用第二外语进简单对话。
3. 能熟练操作电脑，性格外向，有较强的应变能力和销售技能。适应三班倒工作。
4. 最佳年龄：22-40岁。
