工作职责：
1. 检查健身房运作情况确保正常运作。
2. 经营管理健身房区域器材运作保养。
3. 在健身房内对住客或会员的所有健身要求提供帮助。
4. 确保所有工作严格遵循酒店规章制度。
5. 控制会员和住客在健身房内任何违反健身规定行为。
6. 及时报告健身房的异常情况。
7. 持续不断分析及提高个人专业技能完成工作。
8. 保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。
9. 确保满足客人需求与合理要求。
10. 完成上级交待的其它任务。
专业知识技能：
熟悉体育及健身知识，懂得如何指导客人健身并达到效果。
